New Pricing of Marketing/Transactional SMS In India w.e.f 7th November 2012

Below is the new pricing of SMS for both Transactional and Marketing routes

This is to inform you that a significant price revision will be required starting November 8 for your SMS account. Due to recent court rulings and recently enacted agreements between operators, the cost structure for sending SMS by network operators has experienced a significant and sudden change. Unfortunately, the extent of this change is such that we will be required to rework our SMS price structure to ensure we can continue to offer the seamless and market-leading SMS services that you have come to expect from us.

This increase is not done by Snowebs only, it has to be done by all providers by 7th Nov. 12 as per TRAI new guidelines for transactional and marketing SMS.

Although we have tried to keep the cost effective for our customers.

Marketing	18 Paisa/SMS
Transactional	21 Paisa/SMS

These charges needs to be paid by every client who already have purchased SMS credits or purchase SMS after 6 Nov. 12.

We request our customers to pay the charges as per the existing credit balance in the account they have on 6th Nov. 2012

For example: If you have 10000 SMS in your account then as per below example you need to pay:

For Marketing route, additional charges: 10000 X 0.18 : Rs.1800/- + Service Tax @ 12.36%: Rs.222/-, Total Amount payable: Rs.2022/-

For Transactional route, additional charges: 10000 X 0.20 : Rs.2000/- + Service Tax @ 12.36%: Rs. 247/-, Total Amount payable: Rs.2247/-
